Palm Springs Public Library - Discover, Enrich, Enjoy, Connect! 12 April 2008, Saturday Drop Everything and Read Program Free Tax Assistance ax help will be available here at the Library for Seniors and Low-income tax filers. Volunteers, trained by the IRS, will be at the Library every Thursday from 1:00 to 4:00pm (starting Feb. 7th) and every Saturday from 10:00am to 3:00pm through Saturday, April 12, 2008. This service is offered free of charge to senior citizens and low-income individuals on a first come first served basis. Each day volunteers will bring a new sign-up sheet for that day until the appointments are filled; no advance sign-ups are available. The sign-up sheets will be near the Reference desk.
